Never lock your knees at the top of the Leg Press! When you fully extend and lock your knees, all the heavy load suddenly shifts onto your joints instead of your muscles. This creates dangerous compressive stress on the patella, femur and tibia. The dramatic fracture scene you just saw is symbolic — it represents the real risk of serious knee injury over time. Train smart. Keep a slight bend in your knees at the top. Protect your joints.#Fitness#gym#workout
