Jangan takut kebanyakan protein, makan aja daging ayam standar, mash kurang loh, diaturpun tetap kadang2 kurang. Belum lagi gak semua pasti keserap tubuh. Jaga bener asupan protein kalian. Minimal banget 2gram protein dikali berat badan, terutama pas workout. Gunanya ya buat recovery otot supaya minimal balik lagi, gak habis ototnya di robek2 pas workout, bagus lagi kalau ototnya jadi lebih besar setelah recovery. Mie instan dikonsumsi ibu hamil masih aman asal tidak setiap hari. Karena 1. Dalam 1 kemasan bumbu tersebut mengandung garam garam yang tinggi. Apabila ibu hamil terlalu sering mengonsumsi garam maka dapat memicu terjadinya hipertensi dalam kehamilan. 2.
