I could eat these at least once a week. 😋 RECIPE - Makes 7 tacos INGREDIENTS: 35 raw shrimp 1 cup of Bang Bang sauce, divided 7 street tacos tortillas 2 cups Shrimp & Fish Tacos Coleslaw Cajun seasoning to taste DIRECTIONS: 1. Marinate the shrimp with 1/2 cup of bang bang sauce for at least 30 minutes. 2. Prepare the coleslaw while the shrimp is marinating. 3. Drain excess marinade from shrimp and then pour them on an oiled, hot griddle or skillet. 4. Cook for a few minutes and then flip. 5. Put the tortillas on the griddle/skillet. 6. Season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning. 7. Flip the tortillas over and once they’re golden on both sides, place them in a taco stand. 8. Fill each one with 1/4 cup of the coleslaw, 5 shrimp and then drizzle on some bang bang sauce.
