Keeping it big with this 456’er! 456 ounce steak topped with a cowboy butter. Huge thank you to @mosidamarket @shadccarson22 for fulfilling my wild beef desires. Its a 28.8 pound steak, just sounds better in ounces 😁. I smoked on the @traegergrills Ironwood at 250°. Tracked internal temp with my @meatermade + probe till it reached around 125°. I was not looking for a medium rare finish on this steak as I normally would. Shooting more for a medium as it was too massive #viraliza #maisview
