2 INGREDIENT GLUTEN FREE PASTA: • 1 + 2/3 cup of gluten free plain flour • 3 eggs That’s it! Just make your little flour moat and add your eggs in the centre, and beat them, slowly working in the flour until it’s a dough. Just make sure you use LOTS of GF flour to dust as it’s way less forgiving then when you work with gluten, so it’ll get stuck more easily to the bench.
