After the concession for lines 11, 12, and 13 was awarded, the operator had one year and three months to fully take over operations. Problems arose on all these lines on the very first day of the operator's service. Two or three days later, a train caught fire in the early hours, causing chaos on lines 11, 12, and 13, which came to a complete standstill.
