How I make my plains lately Dough: using my 24 hour dough recipe with @King Arthur Baking flour blend. Scaling it to make 485 gram dough balls. Sauce: using @Bianco DiNapoli crushed tomatoes with salt, oregano and basil. Cheese: using Grande blend of part skim and whole milk mozzarella. Pre shredded, but no wax coatings. And fresh mozzarella chunks. Bake: baked on the @Baking Steel Company Pro for roughly 8 minutes. Oven pre heated for an hour.#pizza#cheese
