Day 4/20 🍃🍃 Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Shells Ingredients: - 250g smooth ricotta - 100g Spinach, roughly chopped - 6 cloves Garlic, minced - Pasta shells - 50g Mozzarella - 1/4 cup Parmesan - 1/4 cup Bread crumbs - 800g Tinned tomato - 1 tsp chilli flakes - 1 tsp Dried Basil - 1 tsp Dried thyme - 1 tsp Dried oregano - 2 tbsp olive oil 1.
