My #abs look the best when I do crunches. So today it’s back to basics with sit ups on the ball, boy does it burn. Do 10 of the first exercise 10 short crunches and then 10 all the way up. Repeat the whole series 3 times in a row. Let me know if you feel the burn too. #Fitness.#Dailyworkouts. #Motivation.
