Failing is my middle name when it comes to this tip. This is what to do when I find the buttercream won’t stick to the max. 1. Pipe out new buttercream and wipe the tip on the side of the bowl (yes! I save this buttercream- more on this later) 2. You can apply buttercream to the max with a knife to help with contact. 3. Throw it all away and join the circus. (This tip is no help- I know) Got it?
