What to do if you accidentally run out of sourdough starter. ๐๐ผHow to revive your sourdough starter if you run out: โข 12:30 PM โ Ran out of starter. Scrape every bit into a new jar. Add about 2 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp water. Mix well and set aside. โข 3:30 PM โ Starter should have doubled or tripled in size. Put it directly in the fridge, or feed it again before refrigerating.
