Bukhari (بخاري) Ingredients: - 2 onions - 4 carrots - 1 kg of chunky lamb pieces - 2 cups of @canarybasmati - 1 cup of brown raisins - 1/2 cups blonde raisins - a touch of oil - 3 bay leaves - 1 stick of cinnamon - 4 cardamom pods - salt & pepper - 1 tbsp tomato puree - 3 large tomatoes - 2 tbsps toasted cumin seeds - start by slicing the onions and carrots and make sure that the carrots are a tiny bit chunky. - sauté the carrots in a touch of oil till they wilt a bit then add the raisins....
