Dinner#1 from my $50 grocery haul 🍴 Tonight we're making a One Pan Smoked Sausage Broccoli & Cheddar Pasta. This recipe is a great example of how I approach budget cooking. Instead of buying butter, flour, milk, and several seasonings to make a cheese sauce from scratch, we're using a jar of alfredo sauce as a creamy, pre-seasoned base and transforming it into a broccoli cheddar sauce with a little cheese and some smoked sausage.
