A quick dinner tonight, and it only took 10 minutes to prepare! Here is how I did it: Preheat the oven to 400. Grab a bag of brussels sprouts and about a pound of broccoli. Chop everything up and spread it on a baking sheet. Drizzle a few tablespoons of olive oil and about 1/4 cup of maple syrup on top of the veggies, sprinkle salt and pepper, and toss it all together.
